An introduction was made by a third party for Goldstone Interiors to be principle designer and contractor for this project.
Our Client needed to utilise the time made available to them during the Covid 19 lockdown, during which time their workforce were working from home.
The aim was to redesign the current layout, improve the facilities and make some overdue and necessary changes to the infrastructure and facilities. We were invited along to help design and create a space for the business and its personnel whilst making some Covid 19 secure changes alongside the numerous improvements required. Under close consultation with the client we were able to provide the following:
– Insulate the current ceilings
– Install 2 full new kitchens including plumbing, white goods and upgrade electrical supplies.
– Remove and reconfigure partition walls
– Remove, reconfigure and replace W/C and shower room
– Build room for computer systems and servers
– Install new air conditioning system
– Replace all existing flooring throughout
In addition to this we were able to complete further upgrades to existing plumbing and electrical systems.
