Todd Campus - Cleanroom Projects

Having worked in many cleanroom/laboratories in the past, we are well versed in the special requirements needed when building and working within these environments. Under strict regulations and conditions, we still pride ourselves in offering the highest standard of work with minimum disruption to our client.
We were approached to create two very similar clean rooms across two different sites in Scotland. Changing the function of the space from offices to clean rooms has many elements to consider.

Stripping back existing ceiling, partitioning and flooring we needed to create first fixes for new power, data and air handling services to the rooms. New ducting was required to control the flow of clean air in and out of the room via a large air handling unit located outside.
Moving on new sub-flooring, partitions and ceilings, the clean rooms require a full seal and wipe down environment. This is achieved by a polyflor vinyl wrap of all walls, floors and ceilings.

Fully sealed air lock doors complete with maglock entry systems installed for access with viewing windows to see into the clean room space maintains the high standard required within these environments.
Working with an air handling cleanroom specialist we ensured all rooms met the necessary requirements and were finished to the highest standard.
